" Failed to launch the installer " after patch

Hello
Running Windows 8.1 ; 98.1MB patch, and it says " Failed to launch the installer " after downloading the patch. Has anyone encountered this ?

Sorry to hear this! Can you try re-downloading the installer from https://atlas.artillery.com/, uninstalling the old version, and installing the new one?
