Chilling Claw is now an upgrade available at Tech Level 2, and its efficacy has been increased.

Cryostasis (W)
Units affected by Cryostasis are no longer targetable
Frostfall (E) has been removed from the Frostcaller.
Added ability: Glacial Spike (E) - Fire an ice lance at a target, dealing moderate damage. If the unit is Frozen, deals a massive burst of damage, and replaces the Freeze effect with a slowing effect.
